Main Rules for entire forum

Ok I want to set up some rules so the forum is in order

Rules

Do not Double post unless told in other forum rules
Do not Be abusive to other users
Do not ask to be a moderator. we will choose if you can be
Dont post off topic posts unless in the chat threads

I am also going to have a system to deal with people who dont follow the rules

If we notice once - we will warn you
twice - another warning and also warning that you will be banned if you get to fourth notice
three - banned if notice not following rules again
four - banned
