Your first playthrough only, because you've probably used them all at one point.
Here's mine, the games are in the order I played them:
Diamond: Turtwig
Sapphire: Torchic
HeartGold: Cyndaquil
Red: Squirtle (I think)
White: Tepig

well for white i picked tepig.
for pearl i picked chimchar.
um i dont remember the rest

Leafgreen: Bulbasaur
Diamond: Chimchar
Platinum: Piplup
Heartgold: Totodile (surprising, right?)
White: Tepig
Red: Charmander
Silver: Cyndaquil
